Once all required checks are complete, the finished goods are released for collection or delivery according to the agreed terms. Products are supplied ready for launch, with the relevant batch documentation available where required.

05

Based on the final specification, the artwork and label content are reviewed before production. This includes checking key product information such as ingredients, directions for use, warnings, allergens, nutrition information, claims and mandatory labelling requirements where applicable.

06

Following formal sign-off, manufacture or packing is carried out in line with agreed specifications and quality procedures. Each batch is assigned traceable batch information, and where appropriate, products are subject to third-party microbiological analysis and/or quantification testing before release.

04

Once the sample meets the agreed requirements, it will be submitted for customer review and approval. Any final adjustments can be discussed before formal sign-off. Once approved, the product can move forward towards production planning.

03

Where required, our team will begin formulation and sample development based on your agreed brief. This stage focuses on achieving the right appearance, taste, texture, dosage format and overall product experience, while ensuring the formulation remains suitable for manufacture.

02

We review the proposed product format, ingredients, dosage, suitability, packaging requirements and any regulatory considerations. This helps ensure the product concept is commercially practical, manufacturable and aligned with relevant UK requirements for food supplements, skincare or other applicable product categories.
