Synergy Biologics is an important part of the healthcare and NHS Supply Chain.
For this reason, we remain open while adhering to the UK Government's guidance for Business on Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Synergy Biologics continue to supply all major wholesalers, health food stores, pharmacies in the UK, Northern Ireland and Ireland and continue to fulfil online orders for all our products.
Synergy Biologics remains open to receive all types of deliveries, prioritising raw material and packaging.
Despite facing challenges due to the ongoing Coronavirus outbreak and the constantly changing pandemic guidance, below you will find the steps Synergy Biologics have taken to maintain business continuity and customer service during this time.

How we're supporting our employees, wholesalers and customers
COVID-19 is affecting everyone - but we can get through it if we all support each other. Looking after our employees, wholesalers and customers is our top priority.
We continue to focus our available capacity on the highest priority products that customers and wholesalers require at this time, whilst adhering to social distancing and Government guidance within our Midlands based GMP certified manufacturing facility.
Every employee is tested for a high temperature on arrival to site and have been informed that if they have any of the following, they are advised to self-isolate and quarantine for the recommended time:
New and persistent cough
Recently returned from an of the elevated high risk countries
Anyone in their home is at higher risk - eg. over 70, diabetic, etc
Once our employees have passed the temperature test, they will use an alcohol based hand sanitiser before passing through reception while wearing a face covering. Employees are encouraged to wash their hands with soap (for at least 20 seconds), as many times as required during the day, before heading into production, manufacturing or office areas.
Our supplement products are all packed in ISO Class 6 Clean Rooms which ensures the safety and freshness of our products.
Synergy Biologics hold great numbers of stock of all our products including our Vitamin D brands - Pro D3®, Pro D3® Vegan and SynBio® Vitamin D. We can assure all wholesalers, health food stores and pharmacies that we will not go out of stock. As our products are made in the UK, at our Midlands based manufacturing facility, we are able to meet any increase in demand and can deliver to mainland UK, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.
We also have a good supply of Cuderm®, SynBio®, Colecalciferol, SynBio® Keto Plan, SynBio® Premium, Femtune® and Tricosome®.
Synergy Biologics ensure to send orders received within one business day of receipt using next day recorded and tracked courier services.
Customers can continue to purchase our products online. Please note that you may experience longer delivery times on these purchases due to possible delays at Royal Mail; we do apologise in advance should this happen, but we will ensure to fulfil all orders received.

Most of our office team are currently working from home to ensure social distancing and limited the number of people on site. Synergy Biologics remains open to fulfil customer and wholesaler orders and requirements.
